How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use high-quality, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns within 30 days for defective items. If a record is warped or has significant playback issues, we will provide a full refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened items based on personal preference.
Do you sell brand new or used records?
We carry a mix of both. All items are clearly labeled as 'New' or 'Pre-owned'. Our used inventory undergoes a strict professional cleaning and grading process before being listed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I pre-order upcoming releases?
Yes! Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and will ship on the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
